Cancellation

If you’ve made a mistake, done an impulse buy or anything like that, no worries (we’ve all been there), just send me an email at hello@ty-ceramics.co.uk quoting your order number so I can cancel it and give you a refund. If you’re too late and the order has been dispatched, then you have to go through the refund process.

Returns

I hope you do like your ceramic piece! However, if you are not happy with your piece then please send me an email at hello@ty-ceramics.co.uk quoting your order number and the reason why you would like a return.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging in order to be refunded. Please make sure all pieces are individually wrapped and secured with packing chips to avoid damage.

As a small maker, I am unable to provide free return labels or cover the shipping costs for returning the items (unless the item arrived damaged).

If you received broken or damaged items, please take a picture and attach it to the email. A replacement or refund will be issued.

Once your return is received and accepted your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email. Funds may take a few days to show in your account.

Please note that if the items comes back in an unsellable state (ie broken or chipped) or go missing in transit, I cannot issue a refund.

One last thing, that the above does not apply to international sales; these purchases are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with your piece.


For pieces which are seconds or samples the refund policy does not apply. Seconds and samples will clearly be stated in the title of the item as well as the description.
